2013 United States Mint Limited Edition Silver Proof Set contains eight silver coins, the 5 2013-S National Parks quarters (White Mountain National Forest, Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial, Great Basin National Park, Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine, Mount Rushmore National Memorial) , as well as a 2013-S Roosevelt dime, 2013-S JFK half dollar and 2013-W Proof Silver Eagle. Limited mintage of only 50,000 sets.
Due to the cardboard that the US Mint used to package these coins, most coins will have some degree of toning on the edges. This is normal and original to these sets. In fact, if you buy one that is bright white, the coins have been removed from the holder, dipped, and put back into the plastic. In 2016-2019, the US Mint used capsules which eliminates this problem.
We only sell fresh, original sets.
To minimize the extent of future toning, store in an air tight zip-lock or similar bag.
