Whomever B. Conley was, was so important he printed his own notes! Looks like he was a manager of the bank as noted on the reverse. Perhaps Benjamin Conley who served as the 47th Governor of Georgia from October 30, 1871 to January 12, 1872. Several creases and folds, a few minor tears but overall decent for a 150 year old piece of paper!
